Botanical Inspiration Day #25: Eucalyptus Seed Caps. The Eucalyptus is an immigrant to California from Australia, brought here during the Gold Rush. “Eucalyptus” contains two Greek words: “eu” which means “well” and “kalypto” which means “I cover.” I cover well. The lid or operculum of the eucalyptus is the “cover” which hides the flower until it is thrown off to allow the flower to bloom. Let it pour out of your soul, today and every day.
Do you feel the love? I feel the love
C’mon c’mon, lets start it up!
Let it pour out of your soul
I’ve been in love with love
And the idea of something binding us together
You know that love is strong enough
I’ve seen time tell tales about that systematic drug,
Yeah that heart that beats as one
It’s collectively unconsciously composed
